Spectacular views, beautiful forests and an amazing coastline
Hiking options are numerous for a wide range of abilities. The most challenging is the Mt Gower hike - certainly not for the light-hearted! It takes approximately eight hours and ropes are required and guests have the opportunity to be accompanied by experienced guides. Involving lots of adrenaline and quick decision-making, it is definitely for those wanting to reach their vertical limit! There are however plenty of less advanced yet still adventurous bush trekking and walking options including trekking to the top of 147m Mt. Eliza, with its great views across the lagoon to the southern mountains and the Old Gulch. Alternatively a two-hour return trip to North Beach from Arajilla with picnic hamper is a wonderful outdoor experience.
