World Heritage Discovery
3-Day Lord Howe Eco Package
Enjoy all the delights of Arajilla Retreat along with a highly informative introduction to the spectacular ecological wonders of Lord Howe, combining rest and relaxation with 1.5 days full of eco touring above and below the waterline.
Lord Howe Island was officially inscribed on the World Heritage List in 1981 – one of the first islands worldwide to be selected for long-term conservation. Its exceptional natural beauty, its diversity of landscapes and biota and the high proportion of rare and endemic animals, plants and invertebrates make Lord Howe an outstanding example of independent evolution. Local underwater specialists Peter & Brian Busteed of Howea Divers plus local personality and eco guide Ronnie Matthews combine to offer this special eco tour option.
